A sprawling metropolis often pictured in movies and television shows, Los Angeles is noted for its pleasant climate, palm trees, and beaches. Visitors enjoy Santa Monica Beach, tours of the movie studios, nearby Disneyland, the Hollywood Walk of Stars, and shopping in Beverly Hills.
